Applications:

* Stainless steel with food seal Viton can also be sutiable for drinking water or other food standard application.

1.It is only permitted to use when power is cut.
2.Lift the hand-wheel, and turn it left or right until the valve is in place.
3.When the black line on the indicator is horizontal, the valve is on; when vertical, the valve is off.
4.Press down hand-wheel after using manual override in order to work properly when power is supplied.

1.The service life is the testing data in the condition of 1.0Mpa, 200L/h, tap water as working
medium. Different working occasions will influence the service life.
2.Manual shaft and hand-wheel will be replaced by rubber seal if manual override function is not needed.
3.Actuators are not direct-mount-on. Actuators are not recommended to be sold separately.

	B3S Wiring: 1,If SW is connected with GR,the valve will open and keep on, At this time,LS.1 is closed,giving signal of opening totally. 2.If SW is connected with RD,the valve will close and keep off, At this time,LS.2 is closed,giving signal of closing totally. * The feedback signal is asynchronous with valve location.     It is earlier than the location. Feedback Loading capacity:  1) DC36V <=0.2A   2) AC220V  <=50mA
	BD3S Wiring: 1,If SW is closed,the valve will open and keep on, At this time,LS.1 is closed,giving siganal of opening totally. 2,If SW is opened,the valve will close and keep off. At this time,LS.2 is closed,giving signal of closing totally. * The feedback signal is asynchronous with valve location.    It is eariler than the location. Feedback loading capacity:1) DC36V <=0.2A   2)AC220V  <=50mA
	BP5 Wiring(The actuator color will be changed into Red) 1) When Red line connected with power " +", black connected with power " -":,Valve turns counterclockwise to fully open,micro switch S1 close and send singal of closing fully,the client can disconnect the motor power. 2) When Red line connected with power "-",black connected with power "+":Valve turns clockwise to fully open,micro switch S2 close and send the signal of opening fully,the client can disconnect the motor power. 3) Above circuit of driving motor can adopt triode or bridge circuit consist of field-effect transistor,whatever driving circuit must have the motor equipped with braking function.

B3S:Manual override is available for 5V or 12V,
BD3S: Manual override is available for 5V or 12V
BP5:Manual override is not available,but visual indicator can be avalilable

KLD20S valve installation guide:

  1) Please use the valve in the inside of the voltage vange,the working voltage is the voltage 

    which will be input to the valve,the circuit will be destroyed if the voltage out of range,

    and the valve will be hard to work if below the range.
2) The terminal is for testing,please cut it before using,
3)  For the easy scaling place,we recommend installing the descaling equipment to guarantee

     long life of the valves,
4)  When fluid media including many scales and sands,we recommend installing filter equipment,

     or else,the leak may occur due to destroyed sealing.

5)  Do not install the actuator upside down,

6)  Please install protection  facilities when installation outdoor.

7)  Installation must be done as per technical rules,do not work disorderly.
